dziś chciałabym Wam pokazać pierwszy lakier z jesiennej kolekcji orly - the new neutral, a zarazem jednego z moich ulubieńców z tej kolekcji, czyli zieleń olive you kelly. jak na jesienną kolekcję przystało, nie jest to zwykła zieleń, a taka zgniła i przybrudzona. lakier jest kremowy i bardzo dobrze napigmentowany, przez co świetnie kryje już po nałożeniu jednej warstwy. ja jednak tradycyjnie nakładam dwie, bo wtedy kolor jest zawsze bardziej nasycony. tutaj także na zdjęciach zobaczycie dwie warstwy. sama aplikacja przebiegała bezproblemowo, m.in. dzięki lekko spłaszczonemu i zaokrąglonemu pędzelkowi, który teraz jest standardem w lakierach orly.

wiem, że nie każdy lubi takie kolory, ale akurat w moim przypadku zgniłek olive you kelly idealnie wpasowuje się w mój gust. no a jeśli ktoś nie jest przekonany, to warto wziąć pod uwagę, że lakier nada się idealnie na jesień i zimę oraz do halloweenowych zdobień ;)

today I'd like to show you first polish from fall orly collection - the new neutral. it's called olive you kelly and it's one of my favourites from this collection. it's a green shade, but not a basic grassy green - this shade perfectly fits into fall and sweater weather - it's murky olive, a bit dusty green shade. olive you kelly is a creme shade and it's very well pigmented, so just after first coat it looks pretty nice. but I prefer to apply two coats, because color is always more intense then. on my pics you can also see two coats of this polish. application was easy peasy, surely thanks to orly brush, which is a bit flatten and rounded at the end - it's standard for orly polishes now.

I know not everyone a fan of such shades, but I love all those murky, dusty and ugly colors and olive you kelly definitely belongs to this cathegory. and if you're not convinced yet, take into account that this polish would be perfect for fall and winter and also for some halloween nail art ;)

pogoda już zdecydowanie jesienna, więc najwyższa pora, żeby pokazać Wam jesienną kolekcję orly - the new neutral. ja akurat nigdy nie dzieliłam kolorów ze względu na pory roku i dla mnie róż, fiolet, niebieski czy zieleń są tak samo dobre na lato, zimę, jak i jesień. jednak ostatnio mam czasem ochotę na spokojniejsze kolory - nie wiem czy jest to spowodowane jesienią czy po prostu teraz tak mam, ale kolekcja the new neutral od orly idealnie wpasowuje się w takie spokojniejsze, stonowane klimaty i będzie fajnie pasować do ciepłych swetrów.

well, it's definitely sweater weather now and fall is already here, so it is about time to show you fall orly collection - the new neutral. I have never divided colors due to seasons and for me pink, purple, blue or green are as good for summer as for winter or fall. but I've noticed that lately I'm more into toned and calm shades - I don't know if it's because of falling leaves or just so, but the new neutral collection fits perfectly in this calm, toned theme and it will fit to many warm sweaters.

w kolekcji mamy standardowo 6 lakierów, które są trochę podzielone na dwie grupy - kolory zielono-szare i te z domieszką różu i czerwieni. trzy pierwsze to zieleń khaki - olive you kelly, jedyny metalik w całej kolekcji - beżowo-brązowy fall into me i kolor greige (czyli połączenie szarego z beżem) cashmere crisis. druga grupa to odcienie różowych beżów i przybrudzone róże: najjaśniejszy nudziakowy snuggle up, nieco ciemniejszy "parówkowy" mauvelous i przybrudzony ciemniejszy róż z czerwonymi tonami - seize the clay.

choć w kolekcjach orly już od jakiegoś czasu pojawiają się metaliczne lakiery, tym razem metalik to prawdziwa petarda. serio! metaliczny ciemny beż fall into me to mój ulubieniec całej tej kolekcji. niby zostawia lekkie ślady pędzelka, jest naprawdę świetny i taki jednocześnie spokojny i trochę szalony. no i nie mogę nie wspomnieć o moim drugim ulubieńcu - zgniłej zieleni olive you kelly, która plasuje się tuż za metalikiem :) to moi zdecydowani faworyci, ale muszę przyznać, że w tej kolekcji jest dużo fajnych kolorów. przybrudzony nudziak snuggle up i błotnisty cashmere crisis też są świetne!

there are 6 shades in this collection - it's a standard for orly. this time polishes are divided into two groups, first with greens and greys and the second one with pink and red undertones. first polish from the first group is khaki green creme - olive you kelly. next one is the only metallic shade in this collection - brown/beige called fall into me and then there is greige shade (grey and beige combination) - cashmere crisis. in the second group we have beiges with pink undertones and dusty pink shades. there are snuggle up, which is a slight dusty nude shade, there is also "sausage" polish called mauvelous and dusty pink with a lot of Red undertones - seize the clay.
metallic shades have been appearing in latest orly collections for some time now, but metallic polish which is in this collection is something really awesome. this dark beige shade with brown undertones is my number one from this collection. this shade is really great, despite a bit visible brush strokes. this one is quite toned and crazy shade, all at the same time! and I have to mention my second favorite shade from this collection - creme murky green called olive you kelly. these are my favorites, but I have to tell you there are a lot of great colors in this collection. dusty nude shade snuggle up and mudy greige - cashmere crisis are also great!

pamiętajcie też o tym, że w składach lakierów orly nie ma takich substancji jak: DBP (Ftalan dibutylu), Toluen, Formaldehyd, kamfora, MEHQ, żywica formaldehydowa, parabeny, Ethyl Tosylamide, Ksylen, MIT (Metyloizotiazolinon). formuła nie ma w sobie też składników pochodzenia zwierzęcego, ani glutenu

colour alike, simply the best - 654 don't be jealous

i na sam koniec zostawiłam mojego zdecydowanego ulubieńca kolekcji simply the best od colour alike. ten, kto mnie zna, pewnie domyśli się, że chodzi o zgniłka 654 don't be jealous :D no bo w końcu w pierwszy dzień wiosny musi być jakiś wiosenny akcent! zgniła bo zgniła, ale jednak zieleń ;)
właściwie nie do końca wiem czemu tak jest, ale odkąd pamiętam kocham wszelkie takie zgniłe odcienie, które zazwyczaj są uznawane za brzydkie. mnie podobają się chyba wszystkie! don't be jealous nie stanowi wyjątku :) to dość ciemna zgniło-zielona baza z pięknie połyskującymi dużymi holo drobinkami. no nie wiem co Wy o tym sądzicie, ale dla mnie takie zgniłki - jeszcze z drobinkami! - są po prostu piękne!
przy ogólnym pięknie każdego brzydala, malowanie nie gra roli :D choć jak w przypadku wszystkich lakierów colour alike, przebiegało wręcz idealnie. 2 warstwy do pełnego krycia, szybkie wysychanie i połysk.

dodam jeszcze, że don't be jelous jest bardzo podobny do lakieru picture polish - mossy. nie mam dużo lakierów picture polish, ale akurat ten jakiś czas temu postanowiłam kupić :D bo najzwyczajniej musiałam go mieć. colour alike później wypuściło tę kolekcję i pewnie gdyby czasowo odbyło się to inaczej, nie kupiłabym mossy. na końcu posta znajdziecie porównanie podobnych zieleni.

and the best for last: my favourite from CA simply the best collection. those who know me, would probably know that it's murky green shade - 654 don't be jealous :D because there have to be spring accent at the first days of spring! maybe it's murky, but it's still green ;)
I actually don't know why, but I love all those love-hate ugly shades since I remember. and I mean it, I really love them all. so don't be jealous is no exception :) this polish has quite dark murky green base with lots of large holographic particles, which shimmering beautifully. I don't know what do you think, but for me all those murky shades - especially with particles! - are just beautiful!
and due to beauty of every ugly shade like this, applying this polish isn't so important :D but in this case, applying was standard for colour alike polishes - very nice. Two coats for full opacity, fast drying and glossy finish.

don't be jealous is very alike to picture polish - mossy. I don't have many picture polish polishes, but I decided to buy this one, because I just had to have it. then colour alike created don't be jealous and I think that I wouldn't buy mossy if I had don't be jealous already. you will find comparison of similar holographic green shades at the end of this post.

CA don't be jealous i PP mossy są bardzo podobne, ale jednak mają nieco inne odcienie. krycie jest podobne, ale don't be jealous ma nieco mniejsze drobinki i bardziej żółty (cieplejszy) odcień. ale różnica w kolorze jest naprawdę minimalna. podobny kolorystycznie jest też lakier masura - curly kale, ale on jest jaśniejszy, bledszy i ma nieco inne drobinki (jakby duże wymieszane z mniejszymi). porównałam je jeszcze z lakierem nymph od el corazon, ale to już zupełnie inna bajka, bo nymph ma
zdecydowanie żywszy odcień zieleni, ma żelkową bazę i największe drobinki ze wszystkich lakierów. w każdym razie każdy z nich jest piękny! :D

CA don't be jealous and PP mossy are really alike, but they have slightly different shades. coverage is similar, but don't be jealous has a bit smaller particles and more yellow undertones (has warmer shade), but this is a really small difference. masura - curly kale has also similar shade, but it's lighter, more pale and has different particles (it's a combo of holo and large holo particles). I compared these polishes also with another green shade - nymph from el corazon brand. but nymph is 
much different, has more vivid shade of green, jelly base and the bigest holo particles of all these polishes. but I think they are all beautiful!

sense & body, polish forest - magiczna paproć

dziś będzie kolejny świetny lakier od sense & body z kolekcji polish forest. magiczna paproć to shimmerowa zieleń. wydawałoby się, że to nic takiego, ale jej kolor jest dość niespotykany. to zgniła, taka wojskowa zieleń (można też powiedzieć, że nieco oliwkowa) ze złotym shimmerem. wiem, że nie wszyscy lubią zieleń, zwłaszcza na paznokciach, ale fanki tego koloru, a już w ogóle fanki lakierowych brzydali na pewno pokochają ten lakier ;)

magiczna paproć nakłada się przyjemnie, do krycia potrzebuje dwóch warstw i wysycha może nieco wolniej niż matowy zielony kolega z kolekcji (świetliki nocą - klik), ale też dość szybko.

kolejny fajny, dość niespotykany kolorystycznie lakier, który znajdziecie w niektórych rossmannach (pisałyście, że nigdzie ich nie ma - trochę też odnoszę takie wrażenie, ale mam nadzieję, że niebawem się to zmieni :) ), a więcej przeczytacie o nich na stronie producenta.

today there will be next great polish from sense & body and their polish forest collection. magiczna paproć (which means magical fern) is a shimmery green polish. you might think that it's nothing unusual, but its shade is something unique. it's murky, military (and a bit olive) green with golden shimmer. I know that not everyone is a fan of green, especially when it's on nails, but those who like green and for sure those who like every pretty/ugly shades, will definitely love this one ;)

it applies nicely and is fully opaque in two easy coats. maybe it dries not as instant as its mat green friend from this colection (świetliki nocą - click), but it also dries quite fast.

h&m - olive twist

takie odcienie jak ten, który pokażę Wam dziś, albo się kocha albo nienawidzi. ja jakoś od zawsze mam słabość do wszelkiego rodzaju sraczkowato-zgniłozielonych brzydali i ten lakier to zdecydowanie jeden z nich. nie wiem, po prostu zawsze mnie ciągnie do takich lakierów i bardzo chętnie je noszę. mimo tego, że to zawsze trudne kolory, w których skóra dłoni czasami wygląda dość dziwnie (w zależności od oświetlenia zbyt żółto lub czerwono). chyba nic nie jest w stanie mnie zarazić ;)

bohaterem dzisiejszego posta jest lakier olive twist z h&mu. to zgniła dość jasna zieleń z beżowo-brązowymi tonami. czasami widać w niej więcej zieleni i wtedy odcień jest zbliżony do koloru oliwek, a czasem widać w nim więcej beżu i brązu (w stronę trendsettera od china glaze).
nakłada się go bardzo przyjemnie ze względu na konsystencję i szeroki superwygodny pędzelek. lakier kryje przy dwóch warstwach, ale jedna też daje radę (tylko kolor nie jest wtedy tak nasycony jak w butelce). i do tego szybko wysycha. nic tylko lecieć do h&mu i kupować! ;) a dla zainteresowanych ma równie brzydalkowego brązowo-beżowo-żółtego brata: golden turmeric!

zawsze lubiłam lakiery z h&mu, ale ta nowa regularna seria (już w sumie nie taka nowa) w tych pięknych buteleczkach jest po prostu cudna. a i same lakiery są świetne jakościowo i wykończeniowo :) naprawdę polecam

you can love or hate shades like this one which I'll show you today. I've been always a big fan of all kind murky green/poo-brown and other ugly colors and this green is definitely one of them. I don't know why, but such shades always attracts me and I really like wearing them on my nails. almost all of them are difficult to wear and skin looks a bit weird (too red or too yellow depending on lightning), but I think nothing can discourage me.

let's get to the main attraction of this post - olive twist from h&m. it's a quite light murky/olive green with beige/brown undertones. sometimes it looks more green and then it has color of olives and another time there are more beige and brown tones in it (and it leans towards china glaze's trendsetter).

application is super easy due to its consistency and easy to work with becasue of this wide flattened brush. it's opaque in two coats but you can definitely wear one (it'll just be less saturated than in the bottle). and moreover it dries fast. so if you like it, all you can do is run to h&m and quickly buy it ;) and you know what? it has pretty/ugly brother too - golden turmeric, beige/brown/yellow one ;)

I've always liked h&m nail polishes, bit this new regular collection (well, maybe not so brand new) with these beautiful bottles are just gold. and these polishes have all great formulas and finishes. I really really highly recommend :)

china glaze - glittering garland

i przyszedł czas na piękną glassfleckową zieleń od china glaze. mam ten lakier już od bardzo dawna i sama nie wiem dlaczego tak długo czekałam, żeby nim pomalować...

glittering garland to ciemna, lekko przybrudzona, powiedziałabym leśna zieleń o glassfleckowym wykończeniu. i nie, zdecydowanie NIE JEST świąteczna. nie wiem dlaczego wszyscy jak widzą ciemny zielony lakier to od razu twierdzą, że jest świąteczny i choinkowy. ja bardzo lubię zielony i używam takich kolorów na codzień i w sumie może dlatego nie kojarzą mi się świątecznie. a ta zieleń jest po prostu piękna. do tego kryje przy dwóch warstwach, przyjemnie się ją nakłada, szybko schnie, ładnie błyszczy i nie farbuje. to po prostu lakier idealny :)

and now it's finally time for glassfleck green shade from china glaze. I have this polish for a long time now and I have no idea why I have been waiting so long to use it. glitter garland is a very dark, deep, a bit dull forest green shade with glassfleck finish. and no, this polish definitely ISN'T festive/christmasy or what so ever... I don't know why is that when people see dark green polish, it looks for them like christmas tree or anything that contains "christmas" in it. I'm really a fan of green and I use such colors quite often and I just don't match them with winter or christmas. maybe it's because of that. and this polish is just beautiful. moreover it's opaque in two coats, dries fast to glossy finish and it doesn't stain nails or cuticles while removing it. it is just perfect polish :)
