Glam Nails Challenge February - serduszka (hearts)

dziś kolejne zdobienie z projektu Glam Nails Challenge, tym razem serduszka. były robione w lutym, w okolicach walentynek, ale przecież serduszka mogą być wszędzie przez cały rok :D więc zupełnie nie czuję, że są nie na miejscu ;)

wszystkie serduszka malowałam ręcznie lakierami do paznokci i pędzelkiem warrior z So Nailicious. nie we wszystkich przypadkach było łatwo, bo lakiery dość różniły się od siebie pod względem konsystencji, dlatego też na niektórych paznokciach serduszka są mniejsze, a na innch większe. ale pędzelek warrior jest nieoceniony, jeśli chodzi o drobne detale :) bardzo wygodnie się nim maluje. bardzo polecam!

tody I'd like to show you another nail art made for Glam Nails Challenge - this time: colorful hearts. these nails were made in February, close to Valentines day, but hearts can be everywhere at every moment of the year, right? ;)

all hearts were painted with nail polishes and nail art warrior brush from So Nailicious. not all hearts were easy to paint, because all the polishes have various consistency and speed of drying, that is why on some nails hearts are smaller than on the others. but warrior brush is great and pricless when it comes to tiny details :) and it's really a pleasure to use it. I highly recommend!

orly - nebula (deep wonder - winter 2018 collection)

po chwilowej przerwie przychodzę do Was z kolejnym lakierem z zimowej kolekcji orly deep wonder. tym razem jest to niebiesko-fioletowy glassfleck o nazwie nebula. jak już wspominałam, wiele osób określa ten lakier (podobnie jak dwa inne z tej kolekcji - lucid dream i retrograde) jako metaliczny, jednak moim zdaniem to typowy lakier glassfleckowy. w ciemnej bazie o kolorze blurple znajdziemy mnóstwo większych skrzących drobinek o nieregularnych kształtach, które jednak na paznokciach tworzą gładką taflę - nie odstają i nie haczą jak brokat. w ogóle muszę przyznać, że lakier nebula jest bardzo ciekawy i niepowtarzalny :) prawdziwy unikat i jeśli lubicie błyskotki, to warto go mieć :) a do tego super kryje już przy jednej warstwie, chociaż wiadomo, że druga zawsze pogłębi kolor i w moim przypadku da jakieś wymagiinowane poczucie "pełności" manicure'u ;)

after short break I'd like to show you next orly polish from their winter collection deep wonder. it's blue-purple (called brurple) glassfleck polish called nebula. as I mentioned before, many people say this polish (as well as two others from this collection - lucid dream and retrograde) has metallic finish, but for me it's 100% glassfeck. in dark blurple base we have loads of larger shimmering particles irregular in shape. but as in glassflecks, these particles don't behave like glitter - polish dries to smooth finish. and I have to admit nebula is a really interesting and unique polish :) if you like all that glitters, you should have it :) and it has also great qulity - it's fully opaque in even one coat, although two coats give it more depth and  - in my case - I have this feeling my manicure is complete ;)

pierwszym lakierem z zimowej kolekcji 2018 (deep wonder) od orly jest kremowy mystic maven. to całkiem ciekawy lakier, jak na krem. niby różowy, ale nie taki standardowy i oczywisty. nie jest to też super żywy odcień, a nieco przygaszony i ma w sobie dość dużo fioletu, przez co wygląda trochę jak jagodowy jogurt. poza ciekawym kolorem jest to też po prostu świetny jakościowo lakier. świetnie kryje, już nawet po jednej warstwie, szybko wysycha i po wyschnięciu ładnie błyszczy. naprawdę szczerze go polecam :)

fist polish from winter 2018 collection from orly (deep wonder) is creme shade mystic maven. it's areally nice and interesting polish, although it's a creme.

first we have quite toned creme pink shade with a lot of purple undertones (something like blueberry yoghurt) called mystic maven. it's a really great color, because although it's a creme shade, it's not so obvious (if you know what I mean?). it's not very bright and vivid, but more toned and it has a lot of purple undertones, which gave it a bit blueberry yoghurt look. besides nice color, it's just great polish, which has good coverage, even in one coat and it dries fast to nice glossy finish. it's really worth to try :)

and I have already used it in my sweater print nail art made for glam nails challenge in november (click click). you can see there this polish in matte finish.

z lekkim opóźnieniem, ale chciałabym Wam w końcu pokazać zimową kolekcję orly na 2018 rok - deep wonder. co prawda już mamy rok 2019, ale zima dalej trwa, więęęęęc ;) 

deep wonder to ciekawa, różnorodna kolekcja - znajdziemy w niej różne wykończenia i przeróżne kolory, więc zadowoli te bardziej spokojne miłośniczki różu i czerwieni na paznokciach, a także sroki kochające błyskotki. na karnawał (lub - jak w moim przypadku - na cały rok) jak znalazł :) no i coś, co jest bardzo ważne to krycie tych lakierów - właściwie każdy kryje świetnie już przy pierwszej warstwie - coś wspaniałego :)

a bit late, but I finally want to show you winter 2018 orly collection - deep wonder. I know we have 2019 already, but we still have winter, sooo ;)

deep wonder is  interesting, diversed collection - there are a lot of finishes and many various colors there, so it will suit calm fans of red and pink nails and fans of all that glitters as well. it's perfect for carnival (or for the whole year - like in my case) :) and there is one thing worth to mention - opacity of these polishes - each of them has great coverage even after applying one coat - it's really great :)

w kolekcji mamy jak zawsze 6 lakierów, tym razem dwa z nich to bezdrobinkowe kremy, a cztery - całkowite szaleństwo i coś dla fanek błyskotek, czyli pełno skrzących drobinek. pierwszy jest dość stonowany kremowy róż z mocnymi fioletowymi tonami (coś jak jagodowy jogurt) o nazwie mystic maven. bardzo fajny kolor, bo mimo, że to krem, to odcień nie jest taki oczywisty. kolejny to nieco przygaszona czerwień - wild wonder. nie jestem wielką fanką czerwieni na paznokciach, więc ten kolor najmniej przypadł mi do gustu z całej szóstki, ale też nie jest to taki oczywisty odcień czerwieni. kolejny lakier to metaliczny cosmic crimson. niby czerwony, ale z miedzianymi i nieco brązowymi tonami. przywodzi mi na myśl lakier, który bardzo dawno temu podkradałam mojej mamie ;) i moja ulubiona część tej kolekcji, czyli trzy lakiery, które dość trudno zidentyfikować jeśli chodzi o wykończenie. wiele osób określa je jako metaliczne, jednak moim zdaniem to lakiery glassfleckowe. metaliczny jest moim zdaniem cosmic crimson, jednak beż lucid dream, niebieski fiolet nebula i ciemna duochromowa zieleń retrograde to zdecydowanie nie metaliki. wszystkie te trzy lakiery są wręcz wypakowane większymi skrzącymi się i błyszczącymi drobinkami i pięknie migoczą na paznokciach. do tego retrograde jest duochromem, jednak na paznokciach głównie widzimy ciemną zieleń z morskimi tonami, a jedynie pod dużym kątem lub w słabym oświetleniu nieco fioletu i granatu.

there are 6 polishes in this collection - like always. this time we have two creme shades and four polishes which every fan of all that glitters and shimmer will love - a lot of shimmering particles. first we have quite toned creme pink shade with a lot of purple undertones (something like blueberry yoghurt) called mystic maven. it's a really great color, because although it's a creme shade, it's not so obvious (if you know what I mean?). next one is a bit dimmed red polish - wild wonder. I'm not a big fan of red polish, so I like this shade the least from entire collection, but again this color is also not so obvious (it's not a regular red polish). so I have to say that these two cremes ale a really positive surprise to me :) and it's only gets better! next polish from this collection is a metallic shade called cosmic crimson. it's kind of red, but with lots of copper and some brown undertones. it reminds me my mum's polish, which I used to stolen from her when I was a child ;) and there is my favourite part of deep wonder collection - three polishes which finish is kind of hard to classify. many people say they are metallics, but in my opinion they are definitely more glassfecks. cosmic crimson is a metallic polish for sure, but nude shade lucid dream, blue-purple nebula and dark duochrome green retrograde are definitely not metallics. all these three polishes are packed with larger shimmering particles and they all beautifully flicker on nails. and retrograde is a duochrome polish, on nails it shows mostly green with teal undertones though. only when you look on nails on big angle or in poor lightning you can see some navy blue or purple flashes (butall those colors are much more visible in he bottle than on nails).

standardowo dodam jeszcze słowo o bezpiecznym składzie lakierów ORLY. ich formuła w przypadku klasycznych emalii nie zawiera: DBP (Ftalanu dibutylu), Toluenu, Formaldehydu, kamfory, MEHQ, żywicy formaldehydowej, parabenów, glutenu, składników pochodzenia zwierzęcego, Ethyl Tosylamide, Ksylenu i MIT (Metyloizotiazolinon)

and I will add one more thing about safe list of ingredients in ORLY polishes. they are 12 free, which means that they are formulated without: Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde, Camphor, MEHQ/HQ, Formaldehyde Resin, parabens, gluten, Animal Derived Ingredients , Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene or MIT.

fioletowa abstrakcja | purple abstraction

ostatnio stwierdziłam, że obecnie robię za mało zdobień. więc postanowiłam coś z tym zrobić. bo przecież zdobienia są takie fajne i jest tyle przeróżnych technik, z których nie każda wymaga wielu godzin pracy. niektóre z nich są szybsze, jak np. dry marble/drip marble/drag marble. nie jestem pewna do której z tych technik zalicza się moje dzisiejsze zdobienie, bo te sposoby zdobień są do siebie dość podobne i mam wrażenie, że nie do końca je rozróżniam. w każdym razie to co Wam dziś pokażę powstało przez nałożenie lakierów na matę do zdobień i odciśnięciu na tym stempla. tak powstałe naklejki przeniosłam później z maty na paznokcie.

przy zdobieniu korzystałam z tutorialu kombucha_witch_, który znalazłam na jej profilu na Instagramie - klik klik (jeśli jej nie znacie, to bardzo bardzo polecam :) ). oczywiście to wcale nie było takie łatwe i moje wzory nie wychodziły za każdym razem - mam wrażenie że na prawdę zmarnowałam dużo tego pięknego fioletowego lakieru, który jest tutaj bazą (colour alike - ultra violet, o którym ostatnio pisałam Wam tu - klik klik). zresztą wszystkie użyte w tym zdobieniu lakiery to colour alike'i z wiosenno-letniej kolekcji. o dwóch jaśniejszych fioletach (pink lavender i almost mauve) przeczytacie tutaj - klik klik

lately I thought I'm doing too little nailarts nowadays. so I decided to do something about it, because I like nailart so much and there are so many techniques, and not all of them requires many hours of painting. some of them are faster, like e.g. dry marble/drip marble/drag marble. I'm not quite sure where my today's nailart belongs, because all these methods are alike and I don't know if I'm able to say exactly which one is which. anyway I made this nailart by applying some polishes on nail art matte and pressed the stamper to them, which created the pattern. as my decals dried, I transfered them on my nails.

I used kombucha_witch_ tutorial, which I found on her Instagram account - click click (if you anyhow don't know her yet, you have to change it imidiately :) ). of course it wasn't so easy and not everything went smoothly. and I think I wasted a loooot of this beautiful blurple/purple polish which is a base polish in this nail art (it's colour alike - ultra violet, which I've been writing about here - click click). well, actually all polishes from this nai art are colour alikes from their spring/summer collection. you can read more about these two lighter purples (pink lavender and almost mauve) here - click click

dziś pora na kolejną porcję lakierów z wiosenno-letniej kolekcji od colour alike. tym razem pokażę Wam trochę ciemniejsze odcienie - dwa fiolety, granat i malinową czerwień. jak już wspominałam wcześniej (m.in. w poście zbiorczym klik klik), wszystkie lakiery kryją po dwóch standardowych warstwach, szybko wysychają i mają ładny połysk, a do tego maluje się nimi bardzo wygodnie i sprawnie

today there will be another - second - part of spring/summer colour alike collection. this time I'll show you a little bit darker shades - two purples, navy blue and raspberry red. as I mentioned earlier (eg. here click click), all polishes from this collection are fully opaque in two easy coats, they dry fast, has nice glossy finish and are generally really nice to work with

sailor blue

to najciemniejszy odcień z całej kolekcji - dość ciemny, idealnie wyważony granat. porównałam go poniżej i innym granatem od colour alike i wyraźnie widać, że sailor blue jest po prostu wyważony ;) nie za bardzo w stronę zieleni, tylko tak w sam raz. ładny, ciemny odcień i co ważne, nie farbuje płytki ani skórek, co czasem zdarza się w przypadku takich kolorów.

it's the darkest shade of all spring/summer collection - it's quite dark, perfectly balanced navy blue. I compared it with another CA's navy blue and it is clear that sailor blue is just perfectly balanced shade ;) not too much into green, just on point. pretty, dark shade and - what really matters - it doesn't stain nails or cuticles, which is common in shades like this.

ultra violet

to chyba mój ulubiony kolor z całej tej kolekcji. niby zwykły krem, ale jednak żywy fiolet, mocno w stronę niebieskiego, można by nawet powiedzieć, że to blurple (a na niektórych monitorach może wyglądać jak granat). żywy, energetyczny, świetny kolor - idealny na lato (oraz na każdą inną porę roku!). jest mi tylko szkoda, że gdy używałam go do zdobienia, tak dużo ubyło go z buteleczki (ale o tym w niedalekiej przyszłości ;) ) w każdym razie jak najbardziej polecam każdej fance fioletu!

I think this is my favourite color from this collection. maybe it's a creme shade, but it's really vivid and energetic purple. it leans towards blue, well you may even say it's a blurple shade (but I'm sure it will look like navy blue on some monitors). great vivid color - perfect for summer (and for any other season as well!). I'm just a little sad that when I used it for nail art, so many polish dissapeared from the bottle (but I will tell you more about it in near future ;) ). anyway, I highly recommend it to every fan of purple shades!

spring crocus

choć na prawdę uwielbiam fiolet, wolę jednak te chłodniejsze odcienie. a ten lakier ma zdecydowanie ciepły odcień i ma w sobie dużo czerwonych tonów. bardzo dobrze to widać, gdy stoi koło kolejnego lakieru - czerwonego. jak są obok siebie, to po prostu do siebie pasują. jednak muszę przyznać, że fiolet ... na paznokciach prezentuje się wyjątkowo dobrze :) i mimo początkowej lekkiej niechęci do odcienia, bardzo dobrze czułam się z nim na paznokciach.

I'm a big fan of purples, but I prefer more cool-toned shades. and this one definitely has a warm-toned shade and a lot of red untdertones. you can see it especially when it's next to red polish from this collection, they just fit there. though I like cool-toned shades more, I have to admit that spring crocus looks really good on nails :) and I liked wearing it a lot.

cherry tomato

chyba każdy od czasu do czasu sięga po czerwony lakier. ja mam dokładnie tak samo. ten lakier, choć nazywa się cherry tomato, ma taki lekko malinowy odcień, w sensie nie jest to róż, ale zdecydowanie widać te tony. i na pewno nie jest to czerwień pomarańczowa, pomidorowa, ani krwista. po prostu jest tam nutka różu ;) choć cherry tomato nie jest jest aż tak różowy jak #526 lajkonik (również od CA). od czasu do czasu lubię takie kolory na paznokciach, a osobom, które akceptują tylko czerwień, ten lakier na pewno podpasuje :) tym bardziej, że nie przebarwia płytki, ani nie farbuje skórek przy zmywaniu.

I think everyone paint their nails red from time to time. and I have exactly the same. this polish - cherry tomato, despite its name, has visible hint of pink. well, it's definitely not an orange red, a tomato red or blood red. there is just a hint of pink ;) but comparing to other CA's polishes, it's not as pink as #526. I like wearing such shades from time to time, but this color will be reat for people who accept only red nail polish ;) and what is really important, this polish doesn't stain nails or cuticles.
